We are not able to provide services for wheel chair users, please advise the reception team when making your appointment of your requirements.
You can BOOK ONLINE NOW or at reception or by calling us.
We recommend you visit your dentist for regular examinations. Your dentist will always advise you of when you require your next dental examination. The interval between check-ups depends on how healthy your teeth and gums are and your risk of future problems.
If you require emergency treatment please call us at our number. Should an emergency arise outside of our opening times, then leave us a voicemail on and we will call you back with advice on what you can do to access the treatment.
Cancellations and Missed Appointments
Should you need to cancel an appointment you have made with us, please provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. This will enable us to offer your appointment slot to one of our other patients.
Please be aware that should you miss your appointment or fail to cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, you may have to wait several weeks before we could see you again.
Payment for treatment can be made by cash or most major credit cards and will be due after each appointment. If you think you qualify for Public Health Service dental treatment, please let us know at the start of any course of treatment and have your PPS number/valid medical card on hand to verify the exemption.
Current fees for any Public Health Service charges and Private Treatment you may choose to have will be given to you in your treatment plan options.
We hope that you will be entirely satisfied with both the dental treatment and service you receive from us. If, for any reason, you are not happy then please contact the practice manager in the first instance. Clinic4u Limited takes all complaints seriously and will ensure that any are handled in accordance with its complaints procedure.
Strict confidentiality is maintained at all times. Any information you provide us with, including sensitive data, will be dealt in accordance with the Data Protection (Amendment) Act 2003.
